Alexandra Deignan

Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Sustainability, Lazard Ltd.

Alexandra Deignan is Head of Global Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability at Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ) based in New York. She is responsible for leading strategic engagement between Lazard and the financial community, positioning the firm’s investment thesis, financial performance, competitive landscape, capital structure, governance and establishing the firm’s corporate sustainability profile.
 
She has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets and strategic finance. Prior to Lazard, she initiated investor relations programs for Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) and Schnitzer Steel Industries (Nasdaq: SCHN). Previously she was an investment banker covering the energy industry for Salomon Smith Barney. Alexandra holds a Bachelors in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from New York University. She volunteers as a Board member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and is past President of the NIRI New York Chapter.
